Return Process

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please initiate the process within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Rings that have been resized or modified.
  • Engraved fine jewelry. (Please note: While engraved rings can be returned, a $40 charge will apply for the removal of custom engraving.)
  • Personalized fine jewelry such as name necklaces.
  • Items that have been previously exchanged.
  • Custom-designed jewelry.
  • Any orders that were altered while in process.

We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects. If you receive a product with any manufacturing defects, we will gladly accept your return.

Please Note:

  • Personal issues such as incorrect size selection or decisions regarding the suitability of the ring are not applicable for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Please do not return any items without our prior confirmation. otherwise, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

Exchange Process

If you need to exchange your jewelry for a different size or design, please initiate the exchange within 12 days of delivery by contacting us at support@diamondholicjewels.com. Provide the necessary information to ensure we can accommodate your request.
